CASE
STUDIES - REFERRALS
"I spoke to Cino regarding
my lifelong habit of nail biting and how I felt that I
needed to stop.
He explained to me how he could help me to overcome what
I felt was an embarrassing problem. After two sessions
I am delighted to say that my nail biting is under control
and
whilst I still nibble on the odd occasion, it is nowhere
near as bad as it once was, in fact I
recently had a manicure!
I do know that my residual behaviour is due to work stress
and I need to go back and have
one more session with Cino so that I am able to hypnotise
myself into a state of relaxation
whenever I am so stressed and feel the urge to bite.
Even though I was a little sceptical about hypnotherapy
to start with, I would thoroughly
recommend Cino, he is supportive and assured in his practice
and I put my success down to
him"
" After the loss of my beloved wife through cancer
I was hopelessly sad, lonely and very
emotional, I was on the verge of depression. I did not
know how to handle all these emotions
that had taken over my life or even if I cared what was
happening to me.
Cino suggested having a few sessions of hypnotherapy to
see me through this difficult time.
I found that after the first session I was able to cope
much better with my emotions. I was
able to talk with friends about what I was going through
and my memories of my wife without
feeling I was about to cry and becoming overwhelmed with
emotions.
Cino has built on this first session by improving my self
belief and has helped me to focus on
the happier times that my wife and I shared rather than
the flashback memories of her too
long illness that I was experiencing.
I would recommend Cino most highly, he is a caring, kind
and thoughtful person"
"Fantastic I am now a non-smoker, something that
I never thought I would never be able to say! A heavy
smoker for almost thirty years, I had tried many ways
to quit including patches
(I used to take the patches off to smoke!) but never stopped.
One session of hypnotherapy has worked for me and I feel
so proud of my achievement
and so much healthier it's hard to believe now that six
months ago I was a smoker"
